Bowen Therapy comprises of gentle and very precise movements across tendons, muscle and fascia that trigger nervous responses allowing the body to rebalance itself.
Bowen Therapy can assist in back & sciatica pain, headaches, sport injuries and post birth trauma etc.
PILATES

Lack of movement, performing repetitive tasks or being a new mum can result in a range of postural imbalances, causing movement restriction, chronic muscular tension and often leading to sensory motor amnesia and lasting pain.
Body & mind consciousness
Pilates is designed to create biomechanical efficiency by developing functional movement patterns, building inner strength and flexibility.
By focusing on optimal alignment, breathing and mindful muscle recruitment, we trigger the sensory system to positively influence the musculoskeletal system:
- stabilising joints to allow free movement;
- regaining pelvic floor tone;
- releasing stress on overused muscle groups & compressed organs;
- reduce & alleviate pain;
- increasing bone density;
- allowing us to breathe deeply and fully;
